Solar Panel Recycling Plant
Solar Panel Physical Recycling Process
The physical recycling method separates valuable materials using mechanical crushing and sorting technology.
Step 1: Frame & Junction Box Removal
The aluminum frame and junction box are removed by an automated dismantling machine.
Step 2: Glass Removal
Tempered glass is separated with a removal rate above 98%.
Step 3: Crushing & Sorting
The remaining panel materials are shredded and crushed. Through vibrating screening, airflow separation, and grinding, the system extracts:
- Silicon Powder
- Copper Powder
- Plastic Powder
The recovery rate can reach more than 98% depending on material composition.
Solar Panel Pyrolysis Recycling Process
The pyrolysis process uses high-temperature cracking technology for deeper material separation.
Step 1
Waste panels are loaded into a sealed reactor.
Step 2
The pyrolysis furnace heats for 8–10 hours to crack encapsulated materials.
Step 3
After processing, glass, silicon wafers, and copper wires are separated through screening and airflow classification.
Dust is fully controlled using advanced pulse dust collectors, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
